We are delighted to announce the launch of the first-ever e-book collection featuring the papers submitted for the YABA (Young Ship Agent and Broker Award) competition over the past couple of years.

This humble yet impactful collection stands as a testament to the dedication and bravery of the candidates who took on the challenge of compiling their research while balancing demanding jobs and the often-unpredictable schedules that come with these professions.

We would greatly appreciate your support in helping us promote this publication. The candidates from your country may have participated in the competition, and this presents a wonderful opportunity to celebrate their hard work, while also offering your national association a chance to demonstrate its support for these outstanding individuals.

On the same webpage, you will also find extracts from each candidate’s paper, providing a glimpse into the diversity of topics and the high quality of research being undertaken by our young professionals. The criteria for the 2025 award and all relevant information are also available there.

The YABA has collected excellent quality papers every year on key topics such as compliance, digitalization, environmental protection, and sustainable innovation, all of which contribute to the sustainable development of careers and the growth of companies.
