Dear All,
Further to the issue by the Global Maritime Forum of the Neptune
Declaration (signed by FONASBA) in February, attached, the Forum’s Charterers
Working Group has now issued its “Best Practices for Charterers” paper, which
recognises the vital role played by charterers in ensuring that crew changes
can be undertaken. A copy of the Best Practice Guide is attached for
information.
