Further to my email below, Marco Tak of VNC has just advised that
according to the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Dutch consulate will
reopen tomorrow (Wednesday). Clearly this is welcome news (and thanks to Marco
for responding so quickly) but self-evidently significant delays in issuing
visas for incoming are likely to continue.
