Dear All,

On behalf of Education Vice President Capt. Jakov Karmelic, we are pleased to announce the opening of the 2022 Young Agent or Broker Award. Details of the criteria for the Award, deadlines for submission and other relevant information can be found in the attached document, which please circulate to your member companies. The biggest change for 2022 is that due to the small number of entries in previous years, the Executive Committee has decided to open the award to entrants from outside the FONASBA community, albeit with the ability to restrict the number of external entrants should the need arise.

To promote the Award beyond our membership, we will for the first time be posting it on our social media feeds and in the public area of the website. These will go live tomorrow, Thursday 27^th January.

Thank you in advance for your ongoing support of the Award and your enthusiastic promotion of same amongst your member companies. As the Award is open to external entrants this year, entries from your member companies can be sent directly to this office, or alternatively via the association as previously. With your active participation and encouragement, we look forward to receiving a significant number of entries this year.
