Following Jonathan’s email below I would like to remind you the attached
survey’s closing date is next Wednesday (15th October). To date
we have received responses from Cyprus, Denmark, France, Hungary and the
Netherlands to whom many thanks. If you have not already responded we would
appreciate if you could do so by next Wednesday.
